We will translate the essence so you can easily follow.

Our prices:

  • Drop In: 17 Euros per class
  • Package of Ten: 150 Euros (valid for all classes for 6 months)
  • Monthly Pass (valid for 4 weeks): 90 Euros (open to all classes)
  • Monthly Membership (for 1 year): 55 Euros per month

Yoga Teacher Training 2019

The next training starts in February 2019 and is a 200 hour basic teacher training with a big focus on your personal and spiritual growth. You want to know more? Have a look HERE. The English version is below the German one.
Btw, the training is held in German and English language, of course. And you don't have to attend the whole training if you are just interested in some special weekends (price is 300 Euro).


Antje Himsel (midwife and Yoga Teacher for Moms and Babys) helps you to prepare the time of your childbirth and takes care of you afterwards. The class for the pregnant Yoginis is Tuesday Evening 19 - 20:30. The class for Mom & Baby is Tuesday Morning 9:15 - 10:15. You can chose between different focuses and intensities, based on your physical and emotional needs and abilities.

  • The classes in light blue are for everybody, no previous knowledges needed. It's basically about Just Being, Meditation etc. 
  • Soft classes, suitable for everybody, focused on stretching and relaxation (green colour in the schedule).
  • Medium Level, suitable for everybody, focused on strength and mobility (yellow colour).
  • Advanced classes, physically challenging, focused on strenght (red).

Description of the Classes


Our Yoga is not committed to one specific school or style. We love to combine the different qualities and aspects of all possible Yoga forms because we truly believe that Yoga is there to suit YOU, not the other way around. Yoga can be adapted to any kind of body, to any kind of person, so that it supports you on your personal way of growing and experiencing. We also don't believe that there is a right or wrong way to practice Yoga. It should simply just be good for you. 

So you just have to come by and try the classes - every one will be different. Sometimes focused on your inner world, next time it is physical awareness, or meditative, or energetic... Be open, be free, join us.



The fascial system in your body is like a mirror of Yoga: It tells us about connection, unity, awareness, feeling your self. Basically every Yoga class could be named Fascial Yoga because it always trains the fascial body. But in addition to "normal" Yoga, there will be special ways of moving to stimulate the fascia even more.



Anusara invites you to connect with your own body. The cueing is very precise which allows you an intense sensation of the asanas. Important focus is the opening of the chest and heart area, to relax the spine and expand the breathing. For every asana you can have variations or alternativ exercises so that you can practice in your own level. The class ends with a long relaxation.



A perfect comination. Move just the way your body tells you, let the music move you, dive deep into the essence of your being, it is meditation in motion. Body, Mind, Heart and Soul are becoming one. Be connected to your SELF. In this moment right now. There is only one rule: allow yourself to feel good.



Funcitional whole body workout with awareness. For your physical fitness, but also for your focus and concentration, your balance and coordination. 



Combines traditional Yoga with spinal exercises. A flowing movement that helps you develop more mobility, strength and flexibility. The polarities between tension and release, stability and mobility, give the right stimuli for your posture.



This holistic programme is based on the five elements of chinese medicine: earth, wood, fire, metal and water. The training combines elements from Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Feldenkrais and Shiatsu. For more strength, flexibility and balance. 



What is this Yoga despite the physical practice of the Asanas? That´s what we want to experience in this class. Meditation, philosophy, breathing, Pranayama and so on.
